The first step to get started is to book an introductory call with Carrie. This will allow her to create a customized plan for you.
Once Carrie reviews your request, she'll send along a link for you to schedule your consultation along with an intake form to be completed before your call.
During your consultation, Carrie will assess and develop a plan for working together and send you all the details for next steps after the call.
Inner child work involves self-discovery of all the emotions and memories that sometimes one is forced to repress. The idea of inner child work is to get into contact with, listen to, and nurture our inner children to find and heal the issues one may be facing in adulthood.
Spirit child work involves self-discovery of all the emotions and pain one is forced to repress from losing a baby. The concept and format is to get into contact with and listen to our lost children to find truth and heal the issues one may be facing in our recovery.
Focused on true embodiment and discovery. It aims at gaining access to one’s own Body Map or the mental idea of one’s own body structure, function and size through exercises, self-observation and self-inquiry in order to recognize the source of inefficient or harmful movements and thoughts and learn to replace those with movements that are efficient and healthy.
